Penaeus Vannamei Nodavirus(PvNV) Nucleic Acid Detection Kit (Fluorescent RT-PCR Method) enables quantitative detection of Penaeus vannamei nodavirus(PvNV) nucleic acid using fluorescent probes combined with a standard curve. This PCR detection system includes a pair of specific primers and one specific fluorescent probe. It utilizes high-temperature reverse transcriptase with RNase H activity removed, along with an advanced hot-start DNA polymerase, enhancing reverse transcription and PCR amplification efficiency. This makes it suitable for high-sensitivity amplification of low-concentration pathogen nucleic acids.
This kit employs a specially formulated qPCR buffer and a UNG/dUTP anti-contamination system, ensuring a well-defined standard curve across a broad quantification range for accurate quantification and effective prevention of false positives caused by residual PCR products or aerosol contamination.
