Micropterus Salmoides Rhabdovirus(MSRV) Nucleic Acid Detection Kit (Fluorescent RT-PCR Method) enables quantitative detection of micropterus salmoides rhabdovirus(MSRV) nucleic acid using fluorescent probes combined with a standard curve. This PCR detection system includes a pair of specific primers and one specific fluorescent probe. It utilizes high-temperature reverse transcriptase with RNase H activity removed, along with an advanced hot-start DNA polymerase, enhancing reverse transcription and PCR amplification efficiency. This makes it suitable for high-sensitivity amplification of low-concentration pathogen nucleic acids.
